Exhibitor Policy 2020

Once large meetings were cancelled by order of the Mayor of St. Louis, we postponed the 2020 TransWorld Shows. We realize that this last minute decision, while necessary, created hardships for everyone involved. Since then, we have been working around the clock to find ways to continue to support our industry. Most vendors and buyers we have spoken to tell us that, with so much uncertainty regarding a timeframe for the return to normalcy, rescheduling the shows for a date later this spring simply isn’t practical; therefore, we are postponing the 2020 Halloween & Attractions Show until March 4th-7th, 2021.

Throughout the past year, your booth fees and sponsorship monies were applied to payments for convention center rental, set-up costs, marketing, advertising, printing, parties, special events, promotional expenses and employee salaries. Contractually, we reserved the right to retain fees if the show is cancelled by governmental regulation or public catastrophe (see Termination of Exhibition). However, we have decided to absorb this massive hit and roll over all booth fees and sponsorships to our 2021 TransWorld shows in St. Louis. We know that many of you have products or services ready to sell now, and to help you meet that need, we are creating a virtual trade show site, listings on which are free of charge to every exhibitor registered for the 2020 Show. This site will officially launch on Friday, March 27th at 12pm CST, and we will aggressively promote it to both our registered attendees and the internet in general.

PLEASE NOTE: If your company still has not submitted the form at https://transworldvirtualshow.com/vendor-submission-portal/, it is imperative that you do so ASAP. If you’re holding off because you feel that you don’t have complete information yet, DON’T! We can always updated your listing later. So if you’ve been waiting until specific graphics are completed, or you’re trying to get a video put together but it’s not finished, THAT’S OK! SUBMIT THE FORM! Some information on Friday is better than no information on Friday. Don’t miss out on this chance to capture sales this season!
