Security and Staffing

  • 4-hour secondary police coverage will be provided from 7 a.m. Monday, March 23 through 12 Noon Monday, March 30
  • 16-hour (7:00am – 11:00pm) Lot Attendant coverage will be provided
  • Additional Fencing covering all non-fenced areas

Other notes and details

  • 75 overnight passes per night accommodating oversized vehicles only
  • Truck/Trailer combos will take up three (3) spaces and box trucks will take up two (2) spaces
  • 30′ Max on Truck & Trailer length
  • Overnight packages will be sold via St. Louis Parking’s website with a link distributed to exhibitors
  • Each reservation will be charged a service fee of $2.00
  • Packages will be valid until 12:00pm Monday, March 30, 2026
  • Packages will include in/out privileges, however, must re-enter lot by 11:00pm each night
  • Spaces will be guaranteed, however individual spaces will not be guaranteed (assigned)
  • Purchasers will receive a reservation confirmation which must be provided to lot attendants upon initial entry
  • Available spaces will be sold at the lot to oversize vehicles that did not pre-purchase parking.
  • If space is available, exhibitors may use the booking links to reserve a space on the day of arrival.
  • Available spaces will be sold to passenger vehicles at $30.00 and will not include in/out privileges or include overnight parking
  • Preference will be given to overnight vehicles
