Transworld’s Networking Night Out! | $50 Person Pre-Show | $60 Onsite |

This is a networking event that you don’t want to miss! Join the Transworld Advisory Boards and other attraction owners as TransWorld hosts a night full of networking with relaxed and productive roundtables. This is not your normal party – this party was created with your needs as an attraction owner!  This event is designed to expose you to individuals in all phases of business to make connections and share information! Here’s how it will work: Each table will have a set of topics (yes, you will change throughout the night), you freely join a topic table that interests you and your business, ask questions, get answers and build business relationships with operators just like you! Don’t worry, there will be food included in your ticket. There will also be a Cash Bar all evening long!

Networking table topics will cover all industries (Halloween, Haunt, Christmas, Escape Room, Axe Throwing, and More!) and will include (but not be limited to) the following topics:

Meet other room escape owners from around the world and get a chance to mingle at our Room Escape Mixer. Appetizers and a cash bar will be provided. Buyers and exhibitors will get an opportunity to relax, kick back and catch up with industry leaders and enthusiasts We look forward to seeing you there.

City Museum Party | Pricing TBA

The always popular City Museum party is back and is now completely private! Come have fun with friends and fellow attendees, we will have the museum all to ourselves! Your ticket includes:

DJ playing music in Architectural Hall 8 pm-12 am

Cash bars will be available in the following locations: Architectural Hall (3rd Floor), Vault Room (2nd Floor) Cabin Room (1st Floor), and the 1st Floor main space from 8 pm-11:00 pm

The City Museum is operating on a cash-less basis currently, so please plan to bring your credit cards.

Bar locations subject to change due to Covid restrictions or staffing needs

  • City Museum reserves the right to shut down any bars early or stay open later depending on the flow of business
  • Food and snacks available for purchase in various locations: Vault Room and Mezzanine Level Cafe, Cabin Inn
  • Lockers available for $10 on the 1st Floor to store any personal items No Coat Check Available
  • 3rd-floor café, Beatnik Bob’s, will be open (Drink tickets not redeemable here).
  • FREE parking in the main lot for up to 80 cars.
  • All guests are required to wear masks at all times unless they are eating or drinking while sitting in a designated seating area.

Please note that the Early Bird Pre-Show Discounts for City Museum will end Monday, March 10th at 11:59 CDT. Online registration will remain open after that date at the full on-site show pricing (Pricing TBA). The Haunted Attraction Association’s annual live auction begins Friday immediately following the closing of the show floor. Take this opportunity to hang out with your friends while bidding on some of the industry’s finest props, animatronics, and services. Cash bar in the room to help encourage higher bidding! All proceeds go to the Association for the benefit of the Industry and its members. The money raised directly funds the Industry’s vital PR program so get out and show your support.

The Haunted Attraction Association State of the Industry Seminar | FREE

Speakers: The HAA Board of Directors Join the HAA Board of Directors in an open discussion about the 2021 haunt season and the upcoming 2022 season.  We will discuss what went right and what went wrong. Be prepared to ask questions and share your experiences. This is a must-attend seminar – hear what other haunters are doing across the U.S. and abroad from marketing to safety to operational tips. It will be packed with valuable information for every haunter whether you are a beginner or a long-time haunt veteran. Excellent networking opportunity. PLEASE NOTE: As of NEXT year, you must be an active member of the Haunted Attraction Association to attend this event. You may join the Haunted Attraction Association at their booth on the trade show floor.

Haunted Attraction Association OSCARES Awards Banquet | FREE

This event is where the Association rolls out the black carpet and recognizes attraction owners, vendors, and others who have excelled in our industry. Presented by The Haunted Attraction Association at TransWorld’s Halloween & Attractions Show in St. Louis, these awards are the highest achievement in the Halloween and Haunted Attraction industry. Don’t miss this very special event. This Haunted Attraction Association event will offer complimentary food and a cash bar for all to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE: As of  NEXT year, Haunted Attraction Association Members may attend this event at no extra charge, and may bring a +1. Non-Members who are not a current members +1 must pay a $10 entry fee. You may join the Haunted Attraction Association at their booth on the trade show floor.
