Welcome to TransWorld’s Halloween Show, now co-located with TransWorld’s Christmas Show and TransWorld Escape Room Show to create the world’s largest Holiday show! You MUST be 16 years of age or older to attend this event. State issued photo ID is required.

The cost to attend this event is $70.00 per person in advance* and includes 4 day access to the Halloween show floor featuring The Dark Zone, makeup demos, interactive exhibits, Escape Room City, the Christmas Show Floor and the opening night party on Thursday. You also receive free Early bird seminars each morning at 9 am before the show floor opens. Register today to take advantage of pre-show pricing. On-site fee will be $85.00 per person. Haunt Tours, Seminars, Industry Parties and Workshop tickets are available for an additional cost. Please visit our seminars and events pages for dates and times.

*Please note that the Early Bird Pre-Show Discounts of $70 per person will end on Monday, March 9th at 11:59pm CDT. Online registration will remain open after that date at the full onsite show pricing of $85 per person. No exceptions on pricing can be made after the cutoff date so please purchase your tickets in plenty of time before the cut off date.

You must be registered as an Attendee or Exhibitor before you can register for individual seminars, events, parties or tours. Exhibitors are provided a special link to sign up that is emailed out to each exhibitor.

  • FREE Makeup demos on the show floor stage throughout the day

FREE Early Bird Seminars – 1 seminar per day at 9:00 am

VIP Pass: $315

The VIP is by far our best value, it includes 3 seminars of your choice ($50 each) and the trade show floor ticket ($60 value).  Don’t forget about the tons of perks and VIP booth access on the trade show floor (additional details listed below). If you’re buying at least 3 seminars this is the ticket you want to purchase.

    • 4 FREE Early Bird Seminars – 1 seminar per day at 9am
  • VIP Buyers will have their own registration counter to sign up for any additional parties, events and seminars. One person will be designated to exclusively help all VIP attendees
  • VIP buyers will have their own special line to get into the Trade Show Floor
  • VIP Buyers will have the first few rows in all the seminar rooms reserved
  • Private VIP lounge (an entire post-apocalyptic style bunker) on the trade show floor designed and built by Zombie Army Productions with
    • Coffee, Soda and Water served throughout the day.
    • Assorted donuts will be served each morning.
    • Popcorn and snacks will be served each afternoon
    • Charging Stations for your electronics
    • Free Wi-Fi
    • Some peace and quiet from the busy trade show floor
  • VIP buyers will have their own special line to get into the Trade Show Floor as well as a VIP line for the FREE Thursday Opening Night Party, Friday Night Party and the Saturday Ball (*Tickets for the Friday & Saturday night events are sold separately)
  • Includes your choice of any three 1 hour seminars ($150 Value)
  • First few rows of seminars are reserved for VIP buyers 

VIP passes are $315 per person and quantities are LIMITED.    

No refunds and tickets are not transferable.


ALL REGISTRATION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

ATTENDEES MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD. A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY – Please be prepared to show a valid Photo ID to enter the trade show floor, seminars, parties & events.

If you have previously provided your credentials to TransWorld, you DO NOT need to provide them again – you may proceed directly to registration HERE.

IF YOU HAVE NEVER PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED THE HALLOWEEN & ATTRACTIONS SHOW YOU CAN BE VERIFIED TO ATTEND FROM ONE OF THE 4 FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

A. Exhibitor Invite – The quickest and easiest way to be verified is our exhibitor invite. You can be verified by any of our current or past exhibitors by simply filling out this form HERE and then emailing or faxing us a copy of any invoices with your name or company on the invoice showing purchases from one of our current or past exhibitors. Please fill out this FORM then email or fax us a copy of the invoice.  Please FAX invoice to: 847.453.9472 or EMAIL invoices to: rich@haashow.com or jen@haashow.com

B. If you are an Owner/Operator, you can provide one of the following:

  • Copy of your Business License
  • Copy of your Resale Tax Certificate
  • Verification of Tax Exempt Status

C. If you are NOT an Owner/Operator, you can provide one of the following:

  • Copy of Payroll Check/Stub with your Name and Company Name Imprinted
  • Business Card with your Name and Company Name Imprinted
  • Letter From OWNER/OPERATOR verifying employment
  • Industry Related invoices over $200
  • An invitation letter from a current Exhibitor

D. If you are a NEW start up company and do not have any of these credentials you can email Jennifer Braverman the following at Jen@haashow.com:

  • The reason for attending the show
  • Are you planning of taking seminars, networking or making purchases on the show floor?

Please do not submit originals of licenses, leases or other items. Information submitted will NOT be returned.

Valid government issued Photo ID is required to pick up attendee or exhibitor badges. Each person with a badge must present an ID in order to get their badge. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Attendees are not permitted to wear costumes when they enter the trade show or walk the trade show floor. Exhibitors are permitted to wear costumes in their booths , but are not permitted to walk the show while in costume. Attendees may wear costumes to TransWorld-sponsored after hours parties & events. Anyone violating the costume policy will be removed from the show.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO VIDEO allowed in seminars & workshops.
